The hotel rooms are beautifully put together and extremely comfortable. The service made me feel at home with the friendly staff, while the location is ideal for those who wish to shop or enjoy trendy spots. However, the dining experience could be better, and some areas of the location are not well-prepared for service.
I was warmly welcomed by the staff upon arrival, and the rooms, although the lights weren't on at first, were clean, spacious, and even had a bathtub by the window, providing a peaceful and quiet stay. However, the service could have been more professional and attentive, lacking in training and interpersonal skills at times.
